I have over 45 years of experience practicing in the field of architecture. Starting in 1974 in the Washington D.C. office of HOK, Inc. I worked on several types of projects including a new Superior Court facility for the District of Columbia and a mixed-use office and retail project on Pennsylvania Avenue’s “Red Lion row”. Moving to Hong Kong in 1984 I was one of two HOK leaders who opened the first international office for HOK. In 1990 I left HOK to found my own firm, Architects Pacific Ltd., which grew to over 110 people in four offices including Hong Kong, Manila, Jakarta Indonesia and Singapore. In 1998 I returned to the USA settling in Los Angeles where I worked as a consultant for the Archeon Group until 2008. While at Archeon I designed and managed the Solair mixed use project in Koreatown.

I have designed well over 30 completed projects internationally ranging from 30,000 sf to over 3 million sf, low rise residential to high rise office buildings, mixed-use developments and hotels. I continue to design projects in Asia and am working on hotel, residential and mixed-use projects in the southern California area.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, major in Architecture in 1971 from Washington University in St. Louis. I am a registered architect in both the District of Columbia and in the state of California.

Stanislav Hristov

Designer

Stan is a designer at ARC PAC (USA) Inc. and has been at the firm since 2008. Prior to joining ARC PAC Stan was a designer at Archeon International Group in Los Angeles from 2005 to 2007. Prior to coming to the USA Stan was a junior designer at Studio Modus in Bulgaria. Born in 1977 Stan graduated with his Master of Architecture degree from UACEG (University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2008. His extensive experience in the field of architectural design includes site analysis, planning and interior design for a wide range of projects including custom single-family residential, multi-family residential and commercial developments.
